Discover what invited members can do today, and what is still to come. Vita is in an early-access alpha, and every card says plainly whether it is live or planned.
College students only, for now. Because our resources are limited, early access is currently for college students with a .edu email address. Students at US colleges and universities are invited right away; other requests are pending approval, which we handle personally as room opens. Either way we email an invitation to that address, and your request is complete only when you open it, which also confirms the address is yours. After you create your account, you can switch to a personal email for daily sign-in with the same password. Your college email then stays linked to that account and cannot be used for another one, which helps prevent fraud.
Where Vita is today
An honest early stage.
A wider view
Life is more than one line on a page.
It is what we build, what we notice, where we feel at home, and the questions we keep carrying. Vita makes room for those threads without asking them to fit a single category.
Here, a working life and a personal one belong in the same story.

Your work, interests and story together
Experience, education, skills, interests and a personal story together in one calm website. Vita shows a live preview as you write.
- Add experience, education and skills
- Preview the Vita version as you type
- Save, and your page updates at the same address
-
Switch it on or off
Your Vita page has its own hard-to-guess link on craftedlifejourney.com. Switch it on or off, and hide sections you would rather keep out of view.
- Switch the link off and back on; its address stays the same
- Hide or show individual sections
- Pick a look for the link
-
A calm palette for your page
Lifestyle is the default. Work, Dating, College, Heritage, Oxford and Estate are a click away, and each link can have its own look.
- Work is clean navy and slate
- Heritage, Oxford and Estate use muted old-money colors
- Change the look without rewriting anything
-
Crop, zoom and captions
Choose a portrait with crop and zoom, add favorite photos with captions, and keep dating-only photos off your Vita page.
- Set the portrait's crop and zoom
- Add captions and descriptions to favorites
- Dating-only photos never appear on Vita
-
Take your page anywhere
Download a one- or two-page CV as a PDF, or export your site for GitHub Pages. Your words stay yours.
- A CV as a PDF from the same form
- Export for GitHub Pages
- Delete your profile whenever you decide
-
Vita and Vera from one profile
The same profile can power a Vita page and, if you want, a Vera page. Each website has its own sign-in.
- One profile, two different presentations
- Nothing appears on Vera unless you turn that link on
- Each site has its own sign-in
-
Headings, lists, links and formulas
Write posts with headings, lists, links and LaTeX formulas, add images, and publish to Vita, Vera or both.
- Headings, lists, quotes and links
- LaTeX formulas for equations, typeset crisply
- Choose Vita, Vera or both for each post
-
Share a note with Vera's weekly set
Vera has a small weekly set of essays that members chose to share. A note you publish can join it if you opt in. Vita itself has no feed.
- Only notes whose authors opted in appear
- The set is small and changes each week
- Vera-only Love notes can never join it
-
Connections stay on the dating site
If you also use Vera, connections are explicit and mutual: Friends first, then up to three Partners. Friends can send each other one private letter a day. Vita has no messaging.
- Names stay hidden until a Friend request is accepted
- One letter per person per day, with no read receipts
- None of this appears on your Vita page
-
You decide what a link shows
Switch a link off at any time and hide the sections you do not want shown. A reviewer can reject an inappropriate photo, and on Vera you can block a member or report an unwelcome letter. Anyone can report a published page, and a reviewer can suspend an account; the member can appeal.
- Hide or show sections on each link
- Anyone can report a published page
- A reviewer can suspend an account; the member can appeal
-
No feed, no likes, no streaks
A Vita page is a place to put your work and life in order, not a stage. There is no feed, no like counter and no streak to keep up.
- Your page is read by the people you share the link with
- Nothing tells you who looked
- Edit as often or as rarely as you like
-
Planned, not active
An optional Verified on LinkedIn badge for your identity or workplace, shown only if you choose it. The feature is built but not active yet, so no profile is verified today.
- LinkedIn tells us only which checks you completed; your LinkedIn account is never shown
- Not active: no profile is verified today
- Until then, treat every page as unverified

Your life, in your own words
Ask for a place in early access.
College students only for now, because our resources are limited. Students at US colleges and universities are invited right away; every other request is pending approval, and we will email an invitation to your .edu address as places open. You can switch to a personal email for daily sign-in later; your college email stays linked to your account and cannot be reused. Nothing else is sent to your address.
